Every athlete can improve performance, increase range of motion, reduce injury and develop mental focus and concentration through yoga. In this multi-media workshop showing footage of top athletes in their game, we get a good look at bodies in motion and learn what will serve their sport. We will design sequences and practice them and explore breathwork and meditation. Cultivate a supple mind and smart body through yoga practice and you've got a gamechanger!
